Can your LED strip run 25m continuously without voltage drop?
Yes. Our long-run LED strip is specifically engineered for runs up to 25 metres from a single feed point with no perceptible light drop-off. This is one of the key differences from standard retail LED strip, which is typically limited to 5 metres. It's ideal for continuous cove runs, long corridors, and staircase underlighting.
Do your handrail systems require a specialist contractor?
No. Our stainless steel handrail LED systems are designed to insert into standard 38mm, 42.4mm, or 50mm stainless steel tube — the same profiles your nominated handrail contractor already works with. Electrical connection is handled by a qualified electrician at the driver. No drilling into finished surfaces, no specialist tools required.
What dimming protocols do your drivers support?
We stock Meanwell and Osram drivers across 1-10V DIM, 240V TRIAC DIM, PWM, and full DALI dimming protocols. If you're integrating into a building management system or controlled lighting circuit, we can specify the correct driver at the quotation stage.
How do I get a project quote and what do you need from me?
Send us your cut list or lighting schedule — run lengths, quantities, and the profile or handrail type you're considering. If you're still deciding, tell us the application (cove, stair, feature wall, etc.) and we'll recommend the right product. We turn around project quotes quickly and can supply product data sheets formatted for your specification document.
Can I order physical samples before specifying?
Yes, and we recommend it. We supply working lit samples of our handrail systems and lit profile sections so you can assess the diffusion quality, colour temperature, and finish before committing. Contact us to arrange samples for your studio or for presentation to your client.
